Step 1: Initial Consultation (Before Any Package Begins)

Together, we’ll define your project scope and talk through the best package option for you, whether one week at a time or a full 4-week commitment.

Step 2: Needs Assessment (Before We Begin)

Before we kick off, we take time to understand your priorities, timeline, and eligibility for current funding opportunities.
We assess how your project aligns with grantor expectations and send over a simple agreement and NDA (if needed) to keep everything clear and confidential.

Step 3: Grant Research (Typically Week 1)

Do you need help finding the right grants? We usually begin with focused research in Week 1, identifying the best funding matches based on your goals and capacity.
We review hundreds of grants to create a tailored list. Once you’ve reviewed it, we help you prioritize and select which opportunities to pursue.
Already have grants you want to apply to? Great. We’ll skip research and start writing right away.

Step 4: Grant Writing (Rolling Basis)

Our grant writing is fast, focused, and tailored to your voice.

• Private foundation grants: Completed in 7 to 10 days;

• State, federal, or international grants: Typically take 2 to 4 weeks.

All packages include unlimited revisions. Once your application is ready, we can also handle the submission.
You decide how much support you need, either week by week or through a longer plan.
